Next Door Adventures: Jenn overshares like a contestant on "Queen for a Day"

 

Playing to the applause-o-meter.

1. Just after returning from my mom's burial, I discovered a leak under the sink.
2. Just a month later, after returning from out of town after the death of my father, I discovered after hours that the water heater was leaking.
3. We had only lived here since August of 2021, didn't know a local plumber yet, and were still catching up on some of the needed repairs and replacements. I was exhausted when my parents were ill and hadn't gotten to the water heater yet, even though it was on my list.
