Half a year after Waukesha school board members were nationally rebuked and changed course to accept federal funding to offer free meals to all students, eight Waukesha schools still aren't getting breakfast.
The debate resurfaced in February and came to a head Wednesday night, with board members ultimately voting to let administrators decide whether to expand breakfast to more schools.
