GET ME REWRITE: Robin Vos happy with what Wisconsin Republicans carved out for themselves 10 years ago

Gerrymandering Milwaukee County

Assembly Majority Leader Jim Steineke of Kaukauna last week said Republicans wanted to limit changes because some voters who are moved into new districts will have to wait six years, instead of four, before they have a chance to vote in a state Senate race.
That issue didn’t appear to be a concern to Steineke and other Republicans when they drew maps in 2011. Then, they made nearly 300,000 voters wait six years between state Senate elections.
Those voters had last voted for a state senator in 2008 and were on track to participate in another election in 2012. The Republicans moved them into districts that didn’t have Senate elections until 2014.

Gerrymandering Milwaukee County again.

Mission accomplished!!

Funny how reporter Patrick Marley doesn't bother  to mention Robin Vos or use any form of the word 'gerrymander' in this article.
