His Vosness, alone, in his inner sanctum UPDATE: This is where our chickenshit Assembly Speaker hides out

Robin Vos appeals federal ruling requiring him to testify in redistricting case.  (Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, 5/13/2019)
Clearly, he does have a lot to hide.  Vos has appealed a federal court ruling requiring him to testify and turn over documents related to the map-drawing process while the three-judge panel has rejected his request to put its ruling on hold in the meantime.
Attorneys for Vos argued "the Speaker should not be distracted from his duties to the people of Wisconsin by being required to testify until he has had an opportunity to fully litigate his claims of legislative privilege," which means lawmakers are immune from civil litigation under Wisconsin's constitution.

Assembly Speaker Robin Vos doesn't want to testify in redistricting case.  (Wisconsin State Journal, 3/20/2019)

Attorneys for Vos argue that he is immune from civil legal action.
But the Democrats’ attorney Ruth Greenwood argues that Vos waived any claim to legislative immunity by intervening in the case as a defendant and actively participating in the lawsuit.
He knows his fingerprints are all over the state's current gerrymandered districts.

Actually, our Assembly Speaker is not alone; he has a staff of 14 to supervise.  Seems excessive, don't you think?  What do they do all day?  That's a lot of taxpayer dollars for just one office.

His Vosness's counterpart in the State Senate, Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald, is manages to get by with just 9 staff members.
