Scott Walker's health care access legacy

Johnson said Wisconsin continues to see racial and ethnic disparities in factors related to public health as well. While poverty rates for white children range county-to-county from 5 to about 20 percent, it jumps to between 11-44 percent for American Indian children, Johnson said.

Ozaukee County retains its #1 postion for 6th year in a row.  The county also ranks #1 in per capita income:  $77,000.

Menomonie County ranks last, same as its per capita income:  $36,800.
