The office has been open since June. In all the times I've walked past here, I have never encountered any foot traffic.

I heard from a knowledgable source that only 12% of the apartments have been leased during the past 5 months. The lack of lighted windows on the south side of this building adds some heft to this observation.

When my wife and I toured the facility during a June open house, a two-bedroom/two-bath apartment, furnished for the occasion, listed at $2,295 per month. Not surprisingly, the price has dropped.
