Air cannon to scare off seagulls at old Manitowoc mall site.  (USA Today Network Wisconsin, 6/29/2017)

A press release from Manitowoc Fire Rescue Department said the property owner will use an air cannon to scare off the seagulls. The release added the propane-powered cannon is very loud.
