Democratic districts in U.S. House targeted by GOP: Minnesota 7th

Rep. Collin Peterson has represented the Minnesota 7th since 1992. He won his re-elections by wide margins throughout the 2000s, averaging 66% of the vote.  The 2010 Tea Party wave missed him; Peterson won re-election by a 14.6-point margin.
