Construction of second story of Middleton Center phase 2 begins

Like phase 1, phase 2 consists of 2 buildings.  Mostly apartments, as T. Wall doesn't seem to be attracting much in the way of retail, restaurant, and office tenants.

According to what Terrence Wall said during an open house at Phase 1 last Saturday.
