UPDATE: The healthiest county in each southern state: Benton County, Arkansas

Located in the northwest corner of Arkansas, Benton is Arkansas' fastest growing county, its population having increased 588% since 1960, compared to a 58% decline in Phillips County, Arkansas' least healthy, since its 1950 population peak. Benton's nonwhite population is 25.8% compared to 64.4% for Wilcox County.

Benton County is home to the Walmart.
