What have we here? The Lowell Holtz-John Humphries collusion of proposals and ideas

Benefits include a driver -- and not the golf implement.  Candidate John Humphries [he of the $300 teeth-whitening expenditure] said in an interview with the Wisconsin State Journal that during discussions between him and opponent Lowell Holtz, Holtz proposed in writing that either he or Humphries should drop out in exchange for the guaranteed three-year job with the Department of Public Instruction should one of them defeat incumbent Tony Evers in the general election.
