Wisconsin Legislative Fiscal Bureau memo highlights GOP cartoon conservative principle

As described at the Republican Party of Wisconsin's website....
These commonsense conservative beliefs are the glue that bonds Republicans nationwide.

Memo: GOP lawmakers passed 128 measures limiting local control since 2011.  (Wisconsin State Journal, 5/20/2016)
Still giving those values lip service.  Assembly Speaker Robin Vos, R-Rochester, said in February that Republicans — typically champions of less government and autonomy of local governments — still hold those values as priorities but that “once in a while a statewide standard makes more sense.”

Sidebar:  I have to admit that this current photo on the RPW GOP Principles webpage is creepy.
