Trump in 1st, Cruz surges into 2nd, Rubio treads water in Florida

The behinders in the 12/16 Florida Times-Union poll:

• 6% - Chris Christie
• 3% - Rand Paul, Carly Fiorina
• 1% - John Kasich
• 0% - Mike Huckabee, Lindsey Graham, Rick Santorum, George Pataki

Other stuff:  The poll suggests Trump’s momentum has not stalled in the Sunshine State since Tuesday’s debate, during which Bush struck an aggressive tone against the businessman, while Rubio and Cruz repeatedly butted heads.
