Do you, like Sen. Grothman, suffer from convenient memory loss?


"It" being a proposed constitutional amendment to allow Supreme Court justices to choose a leader among themselves.  The state constitution currently specifies that the senior member of the court serves as the Chief Justice.

Some Wisconsin Supreme Court justices urging senators to support amendment.  Change would let high court choose its chief justice.  (Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, 12/7/2013)

Impatiently waiting.  State Supreme Court Justice Patience Roggensack contacted Republican state senators urging support of an amendment to the state constitution that could put her in charge of Wisconsin's high court.

Maybe it's his diet.
