Rural Iowa news: Reviving a small town where there's not much left to save

Virginia Barreda reports:
Growing up in Casey in the 70s, Mullen Conrad didn't pay much attention to the town's past or aging infrastructure. She remembers living in a funeral home where her father served as a funeral director, and going to the Duncan Library and the park. The 0.7-square-mile town, situated about 45 minutes west of Des Moines and today home to 387 residents, has always been a close-knit community, she says.
