We have to point that fact out because the millionaire career politician from Rochester seems to have forgotten who was running things in the Assembly on June, 26, 2021.
That was the day when Vos announced at the state Republican Convention in Wisconsin Dells that he would use taxpayer money to hire disgraced former state Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman to oversee an entirely unnecessary and intellectually dishonest investigation of the 2020 presidential election in Wisconsin. Now that the state Office of Lawyer Regulation has filed a 10-count complaint accusing Gableman of violating multiple rules of conduct — a legal intervention that could lead to severe sanctions up to and including the loss of his law license — Vos is scrambling to distance himself from the former justice.
But Vos cannot change the fact that Gableman’s bogus inquiry was his creation. [emphasis added]
