Trumpiest county in Iowa has lost 23% of its residents since 1920

 
Trump received more than 80% of the vote in Lyon County in both 2016 and 2020.

Its residents have an education level that is 44% below the U.S. average.

Johnson County is the least Trumpy county in Iowa.  It is home to the University of Iowa and has the state's highest average level of education.  Biden received 70.6% of the vote in 2020.
