Noticeable clusters:  
  • southeastern Wisconsin (Kenosha, Racine, Milwaukee counties)
  • east-central Wisconsin (Dodge, Fond du Lac, Sheboygan, Manitowoc counties)
  • west-central Wisconsin (La Crosse, Monroe, Jackson, Juneau counties)
  • southwestern corner (Grant, Crawford, Richland counties)
