GET ME REWRITE: Crackpot member of Winnebago County Board drives 2 hours to Kenosha to testify in favor of Looney Tunes resolution

Note that public opinion was overwhelming against the proposal.  16 citizens spoke against, 3 for, including carpetbagger Shanah.
