Governor's office declines to say if Iowans were consulted on bill 

Pressed by Rep. Sharon Steckman, D-Mason City, about which Iowans had been consulted during the crafting of the legislation, Reynolds' deputy chief of staff declined to say, instead repeating a line about the purpose of the bill.

The answer:  None of them.
