GET ME REWRITE: Putting Racine County Wisconsin's current 7-day average of new Covid cases in perspective

Racine County currently has the 13th highest percentage increase of new Covid cases among Wisconsin's 72 counties during the past 14 days.

Daily average of new Covid cases here has increased 365% during the past month.  On the other hand, daily average of new Covid cases has decreased 88% since its January 2022 peak of 144.

The counties with high rates are Barron and Rusk in the northwestern part of the state; La Crosse County and neighboring Monroe and Vernon counties; and Kenosha and Racine counties in southeastern Wisconsin.

No corresponding increases in hospitalization and deaths.  Vaccines work!
