GET ME REWRITE: Putting Hampshire County Massachusetts' current 7-day average of new Covid cases in perspective

Hampshire County currently has the second highest rate of new Covid cases per 100,000 residents among Massachusetts' 14 counties.

 

Daily average of new Covid cases here has increased 200% during the past month.  On the other hand, daily average of new Covid cases has decreased 66% since its January 11th peak of 291. 

It should be noted here that Hampshire County is home to the University of Massachusetts.   A-ha!
