Hans von Spakovsky, masked up and ready to suppress the vote, is one of the clowns -- white guys ,who else? -- responsible for this nonsense. They actually have the gall to call it the Voter Integrity Scorecard. Just look at the states that are in the top 10!! (Wisconsin is ranked 8th.)
Never heard of the guy until I read his latest bout of pearl-clutching over Matthew Cawthorn.
