Republicans Mike Huebsch served in the Wisconsin State Assembly from 1995 to 2011 and as Speaker from 2007-2009. In late 2010, newly-elected Governor Scott Walker appointed him to serve as Department of Administration Secretary. Five years later, he appointed him to the Public Sesrvice Commission.
This is why the lapdogs are being especially obsequious in the hearing of this case.
