Wisconsin Covid cases: the continuing chapters (10/16/2021 update)

 

From Tuesday, October 5 through Friday, October 9, Wisconsin reported 12,549 new Covid cases.

From Tuesday, October 12 through Friday October 15, Wisconsin reported 7,828 new Covid cases, a 37% decrease.

During the first 4 days of the 10/5-11/2021 reporting period, 24 countries were on track to exceed their previous week's total of new Covid cases and 12 counties had already exceeded that number.


During the first 4 days of the 10/12-18/2021 reporting period, 14 countries were on track to exceed their previous week's total of new Covid cases and 1 county had already exceeded that number.

Wisconsin's 7-day average of new Covid cases is as high as it's been since Janaury 14, 2021.
