Brown County is one of 56 (of 72) Wisconsin counties that are at extremely high risk of Covid spread.

Dr. Donald Beno, a pediatrician with Aurora Children's Health in Green Bay, will speak to board members and district officials at 6:30 p.m. Monday in the De Pere High School auditorium. Because it's not a regular meeting of the board, there won't be a public comment period.
Beno's presentation will precede a board discussion on the strategies the district has available to minimize the spread of COVID-19 among students and staff. The goal is to figure out how to increase the odds schools can remain open as the highly contagious virus again is surging in the community.
