One of the top prospects on the Wisconsin GOP bench.  Testin represents the 24th Senate District in central Wisconsin that covers all or portions of Adams, Jackson, Monroe, Wood, Portage and Waushara counties. Republican lawmakers tapped him to serve as state Senate president pro tempore after he won reelection last year.
