The 'jump' has nothing to do with golf.  Why link the two?

Wisconsin saw its biggest one-day increase in positive COVID-19 cases Wednesday, likely fueled by an outbreak at a meatpacking plant in Green Bay.

Likely?

Nearly 150 people have been infected with the coronavirus as part of a cluster linked to a meatpacking plant, in what appears to be Wisconsin's largest outbreak from a single facility. 
Brown County officials said Wednesday that 147 cases of COVID-19 stem from infections at JBS Packerland on Lime Kiln Road in Green Bay. That number includes employees and relatives who live with them.
