Population loss in South Dakota: Perkins County

Population loss by degrees:  80-89%70-79%, 60-69%, 50-59%.



Percentage of population 25 and older with a bachelor's degree:
  • 19.4% - Perkins County
  • 27.8% - South Dakota
  • 30.9% - U.S.
Percentage of population 65 and older:
  • 25.2% - Perkins County
  • 16.6% - South Dakota
  • 15.6% - U.S.

A Democratic candidate for president has won Perkins County three times:  1916, 1932, and 1936.
