Middleton looks to revitalize historic area near Stamm House, Pheasant Branch. (Capital Times, 8/12/2017)
The new concept plan sketches out ideas for housing and commercial projects, along with environmental improvements like a new trail head and stormwater management system.

These 4 houses are located along the 6200 block of Century Avenue, on the north side of the street across from 1847 at the Stamm House.
The purple arrow on the map marks the spot.
Two designs are included in the concept plans.
A 4-story, pitched-roof building with 64 units.
A 4-story, flat-roof building with 80 units.
