Not sure why there's a curbside mailbox here.  Everyone else living in this section of The Meadows neighborhood has a mailbox attached to the house.

Advertised for $414,900 in April 2018, with 3 bed and 3 baths.  No change in square footage.

Yes, folks, it's all in the presentation.

1.  Clean your home first.
2.  Lighting livens your house (inside and out).
3.  Invest in the right photography equipment.
4.  Take time playing with angles.  (Another article I read sez to "take a knee".

The above tips are from "How to Photograph Your Home Like a Professional".  (freshome, 1/12/2015)

5/16/2019 update, "New driveway poured", starts here.

Self-professed condo expert Lynn Holley is attempting to upgrade and flip the ashtray of The Meadows for a flat-out obscene price.

I remember delivering candy orders here back when the boys were in grade school.  Once the front door opened, the smell of state cigarette smoke was overwhelming.

Shoulda been a teardown, like what's happening just around the corner.
