Record-low unemployment UPDATE. Economist offers a clear-eyed, big-picture perspective



Reported in Wisconsin's unemployment rate reaches an all-time record low of 2.9 percent.  (Madison.com, 3/22/2018)

Wisconsin labor force participation rate:
  • October 1997 - 74.8%
  • March 2018 - 68.6%
