Why isn't Scott Walker a guest speaker at CPAC this year?

Check for yourself.  You won't find his name and photo here.

He did, however, speak at this American Conservative Union gala in 2017.

But he skipped this shindig in 2014.  And it shouldn't be too hard to guess why.

Before Walker can (or should) think about running for the presidency, he needs to win re-election to his seat in Wisconsin.

And here we are again, folks.  Scott Walker just figures we're not paying attention.  

Let's surprise him this November.
