The last of Bobby Rydell's 6 top 10 singles, "Forget Him" debuted at #94 on the Billboard Hot 100 for the week ending November 9, 1963.  It spent 16 weeks on the chart, 5 of them in the top 10, peaking at #4 for the week ending January 18, 1964.  Two weeks later, the Beatles reached #1 on the Hot 100 for the first time.
