Pew Research: Millennials lead the way to the public library




People of all generations, however, are less likely to visit a bookmobile, as the number of these units in service continues to decline.

On the other hand, there are 16,559 stationary outlets, i.e., main libraries and branches, in the U.S., compared to 16,417 in 2010.
