Democratic districts in U.S. House targeted by GOP: Connecticut 2nd


Democrat Joe Courtney was first elected to the Connecticut 6th in 2006.  He has won his 6 elections by an average of 29 percentage points.

Clinton won the district with 47.8% of the vote compared to Trumpi's 45.8%

I repeat.  Does the NRCC think that nobody does that math on these target lists?
