(Not) Trump's America: Minnesota's 3rd Congressional District


Not a hotbed of Trumpism.  In 2012, Obama beat Romney in this suburban Minneapolis district by 0.7 percentage points.  Last fall, Clinton beat Trump by 9.4 percentage points.  

The district has been represented by a Republican in the U.S. House since 1961.
