[*NOTE:   Bill and Adelaide Welsh were longtime members of St. Paul Lutheran Church, where my dad served as pastor from 1957 until his retireent in 1981.  They have 4 daughters:  Patricia, Judy, Jaccque, and Janelle.]

'Fritz' just couldn't make a go of it in the U.S.  He peaked at #482 in 1900 and then bounced arouund in the lower half of the top 1000 names for the next 68 years before saying 'auf wiedersehn'.
