After retreat from a quick repeal of Obamacare.....

• "....still mulling the details...."  (I'll go with the first sense of the verb.)
• Lawmakers seem to just have the outlines of a plan, complete with a deadline.
• My takeaway:  Everybody quoted here is blowing smoke.
