UPDATE. Scott Walker in so many words: All told, it will take as many as 9 years to replace Obamacare

Nearly 7 years of GOP Obama Derangement Syndrome dithering (March 2010-January 2017) + Walker's 2-year set-in-motion period.

And then there's Paul Ryan, sounding like the absolute weenie that he is.  Republican leaders insisted they have a plan to replace Obamacare but gave no details Wednesday.
“We have plenty of ideas to replace it,” Ryan said after meeting with Pence.
Instead of detailing those ideas, which Ryan said would come in the “weeks and months ahead,” Republicans criticized Obama for “ruining” the health care system.

'Days and weeks,' sez Pence.

'Nope, weeks and months,' Ryan overrules.
