According to the election results at the Dane County Clerk's office website, Scott Harbach received 5.9% of the vote in the U.S. Senator Democratic primary yesterday -- a total of 3,975 votes compared to Feingold's 63,510.
A review of the precinct results allowed me to determine the following percentages and where, it would seem, the crossovers are.
