Scott Walker: Wisconsin is open for rivers of poo

As Peter Allen notes:
Up on top of Ash Ridge, in Southwestern Wisconsin, snow melts on a corn field where manure was spread in the late fall, forming a flowing river of poo, (likely containing antibiotics and antibiotic-resistant bacteria) at the beginning of a long and smelly journey down to Camp Creek, the Kickapoo River, the Wisconsin River, down the Mississippi and out to the Gulf of Mexico.

Act 21 of 2011 prohibited state agencies from writing rules with provisions not specifically included in statutes, and it added a number of steps to the rule-making process, including a requirement that the governor review initial scope statements and approve them before rule-making proceeds.  [emphasis added]

Not an isolated incident.

Just imagine the accumulated damage of 12 years of Scott Walker in the Governor's office.  This headline should scare the shit out of you.
