The proposed Flad Development project involves razing the current ATT Plaza at the Shorewood Boulevard entry to the Village and constructing a four story mixed use building, with the fourth story recessed. It will consist of 36 apartments and 10,000 square feet of retail. The building will be setback about nineteen feet off of University Avenue and 51 feet from the corner of University Avenue and Shorewood Boulevard.
