Apartment owner criticizes city's condemnation park plan. (Wisconsin State Journal, 9/15/2015)

We may yet see a structure of a more horizontal nature here.  But Ron Fedler, owner of the Ambassador West apartments, 434 W. Mifflin St., said he intends to fight to keep his property. Fedler has owned the 40-year-old Ambassador West for the past 38 years. The complex has a mixture of efficiencies, one-, four- and five-bedroom units with rents starting at $649 for an efficiency.
