In 2014, an average of 27 people were killed by drunk drivers each day. I suspect a very small minority of them are 'border-crossers', unless we're taking about Illinois to Wisconsin, or Pennsylvania to New York, or Georgia to Florida, etc. etc.
And, by the way, have you noticed how white the audiences are at the Quicken Loan Center in Cleveland this week?
