As of now, Scott Walker likely to skip David Prosser's retirement party


Prosser's last day as a Supreme Court justice is July 31, 2016.

We obviously haven't heard the last of it.  During oral arguments before the state Supreme Court, Justice Michael Gableman sounded skeptical of that reasoning, saying it's the Legislature that gives the superintendent rulemaking power and it's the Legislature that can take it away.
