Cuba City Wisconsin native wants to "Bring Our Dairy Air to the White House"

Billboard spotted on the Beltline recently while driving along East Rusk Avenue.  (I stopped, of course, to take the photo)

(altho you'll want to skip raytown's just-quite-doesn't-get-it definition)

Just in case you think I'm making this up, the billboard is located 1/4 mile east of the U.S. Highway 14 exit on the Beltline.
