When the Urban Dictionary doesn't quite cut it

This shrieky seven minutes of insane cable news “debate” might not prevent any gun violence, but will make you wish you had a gun handy so you could pull an Elvis on your TV.  [emphasis added]

Here's the Urban Dictionary definition of 'pull an Elvis':  To take a crap and die.  

To new speakers of English and those unfamiliar with various Elvis lore, this definition will conjure up a much different image than what the writer intended.
