The 38%ers: Crowded primaries and uncontested general elections lead to a nuttier flavor in the Wisconsin Assembly Republican caucus

Jesse Kremer, 59th Assembly District

No opponent in general election.

Scott Allen, 97th Assembly District

No opponent in general election.

Adam Neylon, 98th Assembly District

Neylon won a 2013 primary election with 38.4% of the vote.  He ran unopposed in the general election.

In 2014, Neylon had no primary opponent and was unopposed in the general election.

Unfortunately, that gasket-blowin' Bob Gannon (58thAD) doesn't cleanly fit the profile.  In a 3-way, low-turnout August 2014 primary, he won 51.3% of the vote and was unopposed in the November general election.
