One reason why fewer rural Iowans are going to church

Here in Davis County, in southeast Iowa, the percentage of people who adhere to a specific faith tradition was 48 percent, ranking 74th of Iowa’s 99 counties, according to the 2010 U.S. Religion Census by the Association of Statisticians of American Religious Bodies.
